Hello. We took the O2i quiz. We selected an answer for Q1 (which button to click to open and edit the PO). We're sure that we selected the correct icon. We have also captured it via Snagit. However, the answer was not credited. mtfdeleon@hubwoo.com |

This is not user friendly at all! For that matter, the entire site is! I am trying to get training materials on how to invoice my customer but could not find any of the titles remotely relevant to what I need. I called the Support Center but had to leave a voice mail and no one called me back. In the meantime, we have invoices that are dated as far back as 2014 that I have no way of entering to get payment for these. At the same time to preserve positive customer relations, we have been fulfilling our customer's orders. Will someone please contact me via email ben.lee@abutec.com or via phone call at 770.807.9859.
